Bad Food=Good Food �When the level ends and a U.S. city appears, press and hold Down and press Jump, Punch, or Kick three times for George, Lizzy, or Ralph respectively before the city name disappears. (Thanks to LWargalla@t-online.de)
Carson’s City �Choose George. Then, punch the signs that has different pictures when you see the western�pic. Then, in San Diego, press punch rapidly when you find out what level you’ve won. Different Color �Set the options and go to the character select screen and select Lizzy, George, or Ralph, then press and hold Up.

Refill Health �When you’re almost out of health, save the game by pressing Start and selecting Save. Then, press Start and select Exit. Go to load and choose the slot you just saved it on. (Thanks to Myau84@aol.com)
