Unlock Expert and Plus Stages
Complete all 48 levels and defeat DK atop his tower. That unlocks the Plus and Expert levels. Only the expert levels need stars to be played, in multiples of 9. 9, 18, etc. The 11th and 12th Expert levels are unlocked by beating the previous 10 levels.
