Destroy Bass’ Aura
When fighting Bass, the aura around Bass can only be destroyed by a chip that does at least 100 damage. When he does his earth breaker, he will crash and land near you. Do a fatal attack (paralyse, etc.) on him and he will not get it back. If he shoots his Bass Megabust attack and you don?t stop him, he will get his aura back.

Different Styles
Bug- Put bugs in your navicust.
Custom- Use the add function and select multiple chips at once.
Guts- use you buster a lot
Ground- Change the battlefield a lot.
Shadow- Use invis, shadow, and antidamage IN EVERYBATTLE!
Shield- Use defensive and recovery chips a lot.
Team/brother- Use navi chips a lot.
To control the element, use a lot of chips of the element you want.

Getting V1, V2, V3 Navi Chips
It could get hard fighting Navi again, so here are the locations for the Navi Chips:
Beast Man V1: Scilab Net #2 (bottom level).
Bowl Man V1: Keep battling him in DNN Net battling machine.
Bubble Man V1: Roam around Yoka Net #2.
Desert Man V1: In Beach Net near Hosp Code.
Drill Man V1: Under Net #6, near Bugfrag seller.
Flam Man V1: Under Net #5, defeat Flam Man.
Flash Man V1: ACDC NET #3 Near Square ENT.
Flash Man V2: Run Around ACDC Net. Flash man will pop up and battle you.
Metal Man V1: Beat Tamako in a Net Battle.
Metal Man V2: Beat Tamako in a Net Battle like two to six times.
Metal Man V3: Beat Tamako in a Net Battle a lot of times (15 to 30).
Plant Man V1: Under Net #4, defeat Plant Man.
Proto Man V1: Hades Isle, Net Battle.
Proto Man V2: Hades Isle, Net Battle (Need more Exp.).
You have to beat them to obtain them. If you can’t beat them, just go off to Higsby Shop and buy a lot of ANTI DMGS.

Life Sword
If you want a powerful sword you need to get sword e, wide sword e and long sword e. Use the chips in that order in battle and you can get an advance and a life sword.

When you come out on Beach Street, to the upper left side of the screen, there is a guy with big yellow-orange hair. He will sell you modtools. Buy them.
If you add in a program in a colour your navi doesn’t have in its style, you’ll get an error. You may override one of these errors with modtools. These are the codes that override each of the errors. Press select when the error pops up, and enter in the code. The special symbols have been replaced with 1, 2, and 3 for the sake of clarity.
