Fight Duo SP
You need to get all of the save icons first.
One icon for beating Duo on normal mode, one for getting all of the Mega Man souls, one for completing the regular chip library, another for the Mega Chip library, another for completing the Giga Chip library, one for completing the P.A. and another for beating Forte in Black Earth (icons are shown at the top of the screen at the title screen). Once you have them, go back to where Duo is and you’ll fight Duo SP.
