Get the secret cyber elf
Beat the game with all cyber elves to unlock a secret cyber elf.

Unlock Hard Mode
Beat the game, press and hold L whilst starting a new game.

Unlock Jackson
Finish the game in hard mode with an ‘A’ or ‘S’ rank (collect all elves). Begin a new game from this saved game to start with all elves including Jackson. (Thanks to RudeKaiser99)
Unlock Ultimate Mode
After unlocking Jackson, start a new game and finish the game using all elves. Press and hold R when beginning a new game to play in Ultimate Mode.
