Claw or Root Fossil
Get the mach bike and go to Mirage Tower. Ride to the top of the tower and look around for two fossils. (Watch out for cracks.) When you see the fossils, choose 1 and exit. Mirage Tower and the other fossil will sink into the sand.

Get Groudon and Kyogre
After defeating the Pokemon Champion, go to the Weather Institute in Route 119. Ask the researcher inside which part of Hoenn is having unusual weather. Go to the site he tells you about to find a new cave or diving spot that has appeared. Be quick, or it will disappear. If you miss it, ask the researcher again and a new cave will appear elsewhere. Groudon appears in drought conditions, and Kyogre appears under heavy rain.

Get Johto Starter Pokemon
First, you must have your Pokedex completely filled up. Go back to Professer Birch and talk to him. He will let you choose one of the three Johto Starters: Chikorita, Totodile or Cyndaquil.

Get Latias and Latios
After defeating the Elite Four, return home and watch TV until you see a news flash that reports news of a flying Pokemon. When your mother asks what colour Pokemon it was, choose red to make Latias appear, or blue to make Latios appear. The one you choose will now be flying somewhere in the Hoenn region. They are very difficult to catch, so take a Master Ball.

Get Latias and Latios Without a MasterBall
If you have beat the Elite Four and say which Lati you want, you must catch a Zubat or Golbat with the attack “mean look”. Then you need to have it all the time in front of your party, so if your Lati appears you can do this attack directly. By doing this attack, the Lati wont be able to flee so you have all the time to catch it. (If you want to train your other Pokemon, you can only do that in the Elite Four or by other trainers, and not by wild pokemon.)

Get Rayquaza
Get a Mach bike and go to Route 31. Enter the Secret Path ahead, and make your way to the crack. Use Sleep and a Masterball. Save your game prior to this point if you want to turn it off if Rayquaza faints, to try again.

Get Regirock
Go to the cave in Desert Ruins. Use Flash right in the middle of the ancient writings.

Get Sudowoodo and Smeargle
Beat the Elite 4. Get the Battle Frontier Pass. Run south of the Battle Arena. Talk to the old lady and she’ll tell you to go south. Soon you’ll see a strange tree. Water it with wailmer pail. It’ll be startled and will attack. When you get it, go down the waterfall and surf to your left. Soon you’ll see a cave, go there and you can catch Smeargle. (Tip: train Smeargle well. At each level, Smeargle will learn Sketch. Use it wisely because you can only use it once each level.).

Get the Missing Fossil
Defeat the Elite Four and go to the Fossil Maniac’s House and walk in to the house. Next, go through the hole and there should be a cave by the Fossil Maniac. Go through and keep going to the right. You will find Whismur, Loudred and Ditto and also the missing fossil from Mirage Tower.

Get the Regis
You must have Wailord and Relicanth to unlock one part of the Sealed Chamber. Put Wailord at the front of your party and Relicanth last then Surf west from Pacifidlog Town. Don?t enter the current. First head North, then Surf the middle of the routes, and finally Surf south to a spot that you can dive to. Dive to the seabed and enter the small opening. Read the braille sign and surface to find the entrance to the Sealed Chamber. Decipher the codes and use Dig to reach the next chamber. Decode the messages you find there. Now, return to the Sealed Chamber with the correct Pokemons to unlock all three Ancient Ruins.

Hatch Eggs Faster
Have a Pokemon with the ability Flame Body or Magma Armor in your team to halve the amount of steps needed to hatch an egg.

Mystery Gift
Go to a Pokemart and press A on the piece of paper on the counter. Then, insert the words LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL. The store lady will talk to you and tell you that mystery gift is now unlocked.
