Enter Building Glitch
When you first start and you enter the courtyard, find the barrel and go a little to the left. Keep going straight until you hit the crossing between the stone wall and the building. Go through while jumping and you pass through without talking to the guy.

Remove Bounty for Free
Enter the Thieves Guild and go to the cornerclub in Balmora. Drop all your money somewhere you can find it again. Talk to the owner of the cornerclub (the bartender that sells books) and tell him to remove the bounty. It will then say the price has been paid without you losing your money.

Restore Health
Press B to go to stats menu, highlight the health bar and press Black, White, Black, Black, Black, and hold A. Exit the menu while holding A to keep the cheat enabled.

Restore Magic
