Finish Nuclear Facility level.

Beat Mystique.
Emma Frost
In X Mansion after Nuclear Facility level.
Gambit
Finish Third Level.
Ice Man, Jean Grey, Beast, Rogue, and Storm
Finish First Level.
Jubilee and Nightcrawler
Finish Second Level.
Psylocke
Finish NYC Riot/Muir Island/Sewer level.
