Enter in the cheat screen, “flypaper” then go into a free ride game. Go off a big hill (since ‘flypaper’ is Biff’s disabled, you can turn upside down). When you’re in the air, press Down on C-Sstick and do a trick. You will land on the ground and glide for a long time still doing the trick!
