Get More Sages
Get a Jester up to Level 20 and take them to the Class Change shrine. Sage appears in their option list, allowing you to choose another one or two to join your party.

Unlock Medal Cave: GrandDragon
Defeat Divinegon and choose the last wish, even though it is blank .
