Beat Final Nightmare
To beat the Final Nightmare, follow the chart listed from 1 to 6 in order:
1. Spray powder on him
2. Reflect the balls back at him (the big ones, not the small ones)
3. Hit his tail
4. Charge at him with Pegasus Boots and sword
5. Use Flamerod on him
6. Jump up and hit his eye with boomerang
I might have mixed 4 and 5 up, but the giant guy with a staff is beaten by 4 and the small dude is beaten by 5.

Get Ocarina
When you get the Pegasus Boots, go to the Sleep Shrine located to the right of the quadruplet’s house. Hop in bed. Go around until you get to the green cage things. Bust through the little cages and you see a staircase. Walk up it and your Ocarina is in the chest.
