Bulk Star
Finish the Celestial Valley level in time attack mode with a time under 3:20:00 to unlock Bulk Star in Air Ride mode.

Dragoon
To unlock dragoon in city trial free run mode, in the stadium (air glider), fly more than 1,300 feet; in the high jump, jump higher that 1,000 feet; and in city trial mode, fly through the rings in the sky five or more times.

Dragoon pieces
Are mostly found in these locations:
A. (HEAD): near/inside the volcano area!!!
B. (BODY/WINGS): near/underground the forest area, or near the mote of the four story glide area!!
C. (FEATHERS/CLAWS): beach/castle halls area or in random watery areas (mostly near the coral trees).
HINT: If you can’t unlock the objectives use the purple boxes to check them off

Extra Characters
Brown Kirby - Use the wing star to beat Zeroyon Attack 2 under 30 seconds.
Green Kirby - Eat three swordknights and then beat a race.
Purple Kirby - Beat a two-lap race in Airoon under 2 minutes 30 seconds.
White Kirby - Beat a two-lap race in Vallerion under 2 minutes 30 seconds.

Formal Star
Finish the Frozen Hillside level in time attack mode with a time under 3:14:00 to unlock Formal Star in Air Ride mode.

Finish 100 laps on any level to unlock him Air ride mode.

Hydra
To unlock the awesome and powerful machine in City Trial Free Run, you must (City Trial) destroy all the grey bomb shelters by the four story gliding area.
(Stadium) Destruction derby: KO over 150 rivals total. Best done with swerve star or my favourite REX WEELIE.
(Stadium) Kirby melee: KO over 1,500 monsters total. Best done with swerve star and the sword ability.
HINT: Just like the bulk star you must charge before you can drive (top speed 112mph), it takes 3 seconds when fully charged to reach 98mph.

King Dedede
Defeat King Dedede in event stage 24 to unlock him in City Trial mode (Free run).
To unlock him in Air Ride mode, you must defeat 1000 monsters.

Meta-Knight
Break 1000 boxes total to unlock him in City Trial Free Run.
To unlock him in Air ride you must glide 30 minutes total.
