Play Sonic 2 (GG) 5 times.

Find all 5 golden medals in Resort Island in Grand Prix and finish in 3rd, 2nd, or 1st. Afterwards, face Metal Sonic and beat him (note: Metal Sonic’s jump sucks but races at a very fast rate).
