Watching the Waterworld Show repeatedly will quickly allow you to accrue park points.

Unlock Attraction Mode
Locate and retrieve eight stamps and speak with Woody Woodpecker to bring up an attraction menu. Select the Magic Show act and return to the title screen (let the credits run). The option for this mode is now available.
