Chicken Mode At the Press Start screen, press and hold Up+>+Square+X and press Start. (Thanks to Spyder9313@aol.com)
Flight Mode Beat the game in under 1:30:00 and on controller 2 press and hold L2+R2 and press X. Then on controller 1, press X. (Thanks to Spyder9313@aol.com)
