Swamp Bonus Race At the two player challenge match track selection screen, press Up, Down, Right, R1.  If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a loud noise.
Rooftop Bonus Level At the two player challenge match track selection screen, press Down, Left, R1, Down.  If entered correctly a loud noise will occur.
