Max Ammo Highlight Music Volume, press and hold Circle and press Square, release Circle, press and hold Triangle and press X, release Triangle, press and hold Circle and press X, release Circle, press and hold X and press Square, and release X.
Max Health Highlight Review Mission, press and hold Square, and press Circle, X, Triangle, release Square, press and hold Circle and press Square, X, Triangle.
Shield Pause and press and hold > and press Circle, Square, Triangle, release > and press and hold < and press Square, Circle, X, and release <, and unpause.

Additional Codes

Cloak During gameplay, press and hold Triangle, and press Square, Circle, Circle, Square.  Release triangle.  Press and hold X and press Triangle, Triangle.  Release X.
Lost City In the Throg Breeding Facility, go to the lower right hand corner of the map.
Speed Burst During gameplay, press and hold Up and press Triangle (3X), release Up, press and hold Down and press X, Square, Circle, and release Down.
