Flags At the title screen, press any two of the L and R buttons and control the flags with the D-Pad.
Mirrored Bonus Tracks On any bonus track, turn the car around when you hit 60 MPH.  Drive through the wall that appears if you do this correctly.
Mirrored Standard Tracks Turn the car around just before the main track.  Drive through the wall you see even though you’re told you’re going the wrong way.
