$1,000,000 In the main Budget dialog, enter:  While holding R1, choose, cancel, triangle, squre.  While holding L1, choose, cancel, triangle, square.  While holding R2, choose, cancel, triangle, square.  While holding L2, choose, square, triangle, cancel.
Embezzlement In the Main Budget screen, press L1, L2, L1, L2, R2, R1, R2, R1.  All bonds are at 0% interest.  May result in hgih fines.
Free Tools With the normal cursor, select the tree tool.  Cancel it.  At the status bar do the following:  <, >, <, >, Cancel, Accept.*
Max Dispatch Select the dispatch tool, then canel it.  At the status bar, do the following:  <, >, <, >, Cancel, Accept.*
*-The cursor must stay on the status bar for this to work.

3D Cheat Menu
Blackout Down (6X), L2, R2.  Pause:  L1 (6X), L2, R2.  End:  R1 (6X), L2, R2. 
Cockpit Display Press R2, L2, R2, L2, R2, L2.  Do the same but with the 1 buttons to turn it off.
HUD Press:  R1, R2, R1, R2, R1, R2, R1, R2.  Switch back by doing the same but with L buttons.
Night Press Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, L2, R2.  To switch back to day, press Down, Down, Up, Up, Down, Down, L2, R2.
