Different Color (Vega, Dhalsim) In training mode, do a teleport move, and pause the game in the middle of it.  At the menu, choose a normal game and pick one of these characters.
Hidden Stage Highlight Sagat/M.Bison, and press and hold Start for five seconds.
Super Akuma Highlight Akuma, and press Select, Down, >, >, down, <, Down, <, Down, >, >, >.  Press and hold Select and press any other button.
Zangief Intro Press and hold Select before the match starts in Vs. or Training Modes.
