At the fighter select screen, highlight Chun Li, press and hold select, and press any punch or kick.

At the Fighter Select screen, keep pressing Up.

Play As Apocolypse
Beat the game on five stars or more. Go to versus mode. Highlight Akuma, and press Select for about ten seconds. Then, while holding Select, choose Akuma.

Switch Fighters
Have player 1 select Rouge and Storm and player 2 select Storm and Rouge (or vice versa). Then, press fierce punch and fierce kick at the same time to switch.
