Arcade Mode
Do a reset (Start+Select), then immediately hold I.

Mr. Heli mode
Highlight ’song C’ in Sound Test mode and press Down, Select, 2 + 1 together. Next press 1 on ‘Mr. Heli’ and then press Run.
