Go to the sound test (not the one on the level select) and put in 19, A, 65, A, 09, A, 17, A, 01, A, 01, A, 02, A, 04. Begin the game by pressing Start on the first option (character select) and you should have 14 continues.

Change Tails’ name to Miles in Game Above Lives
At the Title screen, press: Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Up.

Level Select (When Locked-On to Sonic and Knuckles)
At the Title screen, press: Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right. Then, hold A and press Start to be taken to the level select menu.
