Unlock Mr. Big
Get to Mr. Big in one-player mode and purposefully lose the match. Restart the game and Mr. Big will now be unlocked in two-player mode.

Get to Mr. Karate in one-player mode and purposefully lose the match. Restart the game and Mr. Karate will now be unlocked in two-player mode.
