Swing Nunchuck Up + Wii-mote Up, swing Nunchuck Down + Wii-mote Down, swing Nunchuck Right + Wii-mote Left, swing Nunchuck Left + Wii-mote Right.

Hold + and - while selecting “New Game” or “Load Game”. Hold until Select Stage screen.
