Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers Cheats

Reach M. Bison (Vega) without Battling CPU
Select Arcade Mode normally. When you start your fight press Start on controller 2. Then select for the second player the same fighter the CPU was using and beat it. Repeat this until you find M. Bison (Vega).
