You can easily get lots of money if you own a seed maker and grow any type of tree. Don’t sell the fruit you shake from the trees but instead, put them into your seed maker to get seeds from the fruit. Sell the seeds to Van for more profit.

Make Money with Ruby Spice
Dupilcate your Ruby Spice by going to your kitchen and starting to cook. Choose any recipe and select only Ruby Spice, then, press start. You will have another Ruby Spice. You can do this until you have 99 bottles of spice. Sell 98 of the bottles to Van for 9,800G.

Miracle Money
If you get a male calf and one of your cows are saying that they feel fine but are acting strangely, put in an order for Miracle Potion. Takakura will say your cow is already pregnant and he'll give you the price for the Miracle Potion even though you hadn't paid for it yet.
