Locate a Secret Room in the Fairy Council
A secret room in the fairy council is in the heart of the world. Look around on one of the platforms on the sides. You will see one platform with a ledge; jump onto it. Then jump to the roof on the side. After that go to the left and step on the switch which will open up a secret room with a slide. Finally go down the slide to enter the secret room.
