Get Belongings
To get stuff from characters, you have to complete and ok all the moves for one character in Training mode. For example: If I clear all moves including secret arts for Luffy, I can go to treasure mode and select him and find belongings and see all his stuff.

Unlock Chaser, Kuro, Buggy, Don Krieg and Arlong
Beat Story mode on any difficulty with Luffy and his crew (Zolo, Usopp, Nami, Sangi).

Unlock Chopper
After getting Ms. Sunday, beat Luffy's Story mode on hard.

Unlock Mihawk
After getting Shanks, beat Zolo's Story mode on very hard. When you fight Mihawk at the end, hit him with your secret arts attack (Three Thousand Worlds) and beat him. The secret arts attack does not have to end with three thousand worlds and you do not have to use it to completely finish Mihawk.

Beat Story mode on any difficulty with Chaser, Kuro, Buggy, Don Krieg and Arlong.

Beat Story mode with Luffy on very hard.

Unlock Very Hard
Beat Story mode on all three levels on seven to ten people. Five must include Luffy, Zolo, Nami, Usopp, and Sangi. The rest are your choice.
