Cheat Menu  At the Options menu, highlight Training, and press L1+L2+R1+R2.

Stage Select  Enable the cheat menu, activate the stage skip option, enter gameplay, and press L1, L2, R1, R2. (Thanks to DANMONEY@webtv.net)
