Faster Clouds  At the title screen, press and hold L1+L2+R1+R2 and press Up.

Level Select  At the Main Menu, press Up, Up, Down, Down, X, X, <, >, <, >, X, Triangle, X, Triangle.

More Jumps  Beat the game, and at the Stage Select screen, go to Extra, and restart the game.
