Dashboard View and Turbo At the loading screen, hold: Up+Triangle+X.  If done correctly it gives either dashboard view or turbo.  If you get dashboard, it will show up in place of "Chase View" and you can't use L2 to switch to it. Infinite Money and Cars You will need two memory cards to do this trick.  Buy any car and save it onto a memory card.  Then copy that car onto a separate memory card.  Then, go to the High Stakes mode and start a race.  After the race starts, go to player 2 and press pause and select Forfiet Race and automatically the car from player two goes onto your card.  Now you will have two of the same car, simply sell one and repeat as many times as you like for more an more money.  (Thanks to pamwill@ipa.net)
