Dragon Buster Increased Vitality  At the title screen, press Select (10X) and start. When your vitality hits 32 or lower, press R1+L1. (Note: This will cost you one credit, but it will raise your vitaility.)

Grobda Level Select  At the Title Screen, press and hold R1+R2+L1+L2 and press Start.
