Grr.. I hate this new marketing scheme. It has happened with Ipods as well if I recall. Nowadays you can't get something cheap, instead you have to buy the next up product that is more money because it contains features you most likely could live without. Unless of course you use other means such as ebay or amazon or something to find the discontinued products.
