Well, the Deathzooka was actually inspired by Metal Man's Deathmachine, and Metal Man was due to appear in NC/SSS Mach 2... but Jay never got to it.
Though he is still firmly in the 'quasi-NC' category... I was half thinking of using a different character until the NC suddenly came back to life and Sean accepted him as a full-on candidate.
So with that in mind, win or lose, I plan to bring the laughs as much as I can.
