I am probably reading too deeply into the character, but if Glenn didn't have an accent untill he became Frog, then maybe that's why he became Frog. Perhaps to reflect his outter changes, he took up an accent and changed his name.
Or Square screwed up and forgot to give Glenn the accent. Whatever. |
