This is true Wario can't represent all of the people, that is why he has chosen one of the most neglected characters of all to be his vice-President Hawkmouth will be able to let Wario know when they are straying from what the people want.

But what about Metal Man? The only people he seems to care about are his fellow right-handed stick figures. This, to me, sounds like he considers right-handed stick figures to be a superior race. No doubt after he is elected president he will make a law allowing only right-handed stick figures to go to school, vote, and hold office.
