Not really. I don't know where that info came from, but the only place I can find that info is on Wikipedia, where anyone can submit info. The only other thing that came out about killing conker was in an interview with RareExtreme (2005 interview), in which Seavor said that if he did kill conker that you'd have to escape from Hell, because getting squirrels tails was too easy last time.
This info came out September of 2008, so its the most recent interview. v

As far as what rare is doing right now, they're working on 4 new Games, but they haven't released the titles to them yet. Microsoft also it laying down the law and is getting ready for some Layoff's at rare.
