At this point I'd say the one most likely to be mafia besides SP and Mr. Goodman...would be 1-up.

He was evasive of questions, he wasn't active in either mafia game.

I think the safe bet would be to lynch 1-up...

Daqmn, I feel bad about trying to lynch him in tto games =\
