^ Legendia did put a lot of effort into the characters.

It's a shame I wanted to murder half of them. >_>

Anyway, the 70 hours, well it depends on how you look at it. ToS advertises '80 hours of compelling gameplay' on the box or something, but that's only if you do every single freaking sidequest the game has to offer and more.

It still only takes about 60 hours for a normal-ish runthrough, 50 with little sidequesting.

So do they mean 70 hours real actual storyline action, or 70 hours with half of it running around and doing extra stuff?

Don't get me wrong, I love extra stuff, I just want to clarify.

Speaking of Characters, well, I've only played ToS, ToA, ToS2, Vesperia, and a little bit of Legendia (though I watched my sister play through it all).

I think ToS and ToA had some of the best characters.

Vesperia had some pretty awesome people in it, like Yuri, and Karol and Raven were pretty dynamic and awesome. Still, the characters really weren't as in-debth as they are in other games. Like, the only part to Rita's personality, really, is her obsession with Blastia. That's it. Judith's is better, but not phenomenal. I LIKED the characters and I LOVED the game, but I think they weren't the best.

ToS and ToA had really good characters, in my opinion. Anise's character was particularly well-done, especially later on.

I'm probably really biased here but I think these two games did awesome jobs with their characters.

And Legendia delved into theirs a lot, but unfortunately, as I stated earlier, half of them made me want to strangle them or myself. Namely, the bubble-blower chick and Shirley. Ooooh, god, Shirley. *shudder*
