Hats off to you if you could get the medic achievements legitimately. They seem a little on the insane side to me.
IDK though, I've seen a huge uptick in Snipers (or I did on the free weekend) since patch. Not so much on the spies. THere's also a ton of "idle servers" for weapon farming, so hopefully that gets patched soon.
