I'm always wary of day one lynches.

But I'm not letting him off the hook. Leaving a lynch to chance is a terrible idea unless the town is really really desperate.

I'm also not voting because I doubt that a mafia would go ahead and say "leave it up to chance" unless this is some form of game he's playing with us.
