| The tests on Presea started before the ones on Alicia did because when Alicia's experiment ended in failure, Vharley says it's odd because "it worked just fine on another member of the family".That means that Presea's experiments started first, so she may have been frozen in the timestream as a child for awhile, allowing Alicia to continue to grow and look older when she was off dating Regal. Then at least six years later (since presea looks about 12 and Alicia is old enough to have a serious relationship despite being younger, she'd have to be at least 17 or so) the Alicia crisis happened and stuff.
