| I'll vote for the underdog and say Ganondorf. While he's quite slow last time I checked Bowser wasn't exactly winning any foot races against Sonic.
As for a fight without the limitations of Brawl, Ganondorf has the edge here as well, While Bowser can be quite the aggrovating boss at times Ganondorf has always required certain items to ensure his defeat and I don't think that the King of Koopas will be making use of the Light Arrows, Mastsword, or Silver Arrows anytime soon. Now he could make use of the White Sword so he does have a shot at victory.
