| Kefka was more or less just insane and doing it for fun and because he wants to, for little reason other than that he's insane. I feel he and Zagi pulled off the mentally ill villains best, but Zagi wasn't in Final Fantasy nor was he in 1 and 10.
I also felt Kuja was another really evil villain, more of a greedy person who was just extremely self-centered. |
