| Microsoft have got their act together in Europe at least.
I don't know anyone who hasn't had their Xbox Red Ring, but I also don't know anyone who hasn't shipped it off for repair and not got it back working for free.
Its simple enough to arrange on their site and only takes around three weeks these days (had one ROR a few months ago). You even get DHL shipping labels so you can arrange for it to be picked up at your house.
With a ridiculous failure rate this is the kind of service you should expect and for once we're getting it. |
