I was wondering where this thing is, can't you top this or something?

Appearance: Looks similar to Solid Snake with a visor over his eyes. Styled his into two braded pony tails in the back of the head and wears a black headband. His apperal is complete with a trenchcoat that hangs loosly to hide his immence line of weaponry.

Main weapon of choice: Power claw/ Organite whip.

Secondary weapons: Any gun or arsenal weapon, you name it. He also uses a very crafty evasive maneuver.

Background: Nothing is known about Fralcon's personal life nor career. He first appeared at Ikana Inn after Kin Arcidan was captured by a band of terrorists. But after the incedent, he kept on going, seeming to lurk within the shadows. He never appears when Kin is around.
