| True, but I wanted him to sound more quiet and mysterious. And in my head, Bowser's voice is really deep (like in Bowser's Inside Story), so when I made Bowser laugh quietly in my head, it sounded like a very low-pitched "Hur hur hur..." or "Huh huh huh", while it was more properly spelled as "Ha ha ha...". But I do see what you mean.
Oh, and it WAS evil laughing. I like Bowser more when he's sinister and evil, rather than a goofy pseudo-threat. |
