Little known at that time that Yurius and Ishtar had a premarital son who eventually became the ultimate evil and eventually teleported Kefka of the FF6 realm into the world but was eventually defeated by the grandchildren of the 12 crusaders. Banned is the son of Sety and Lakche boasting superstrength and top notch evade.

Weapons: Hero Sword(a powerful sword that doubles the times Banned attacks)
Holsety(powerful wind magic that the god Holsety passed down in a miracle to a noble in a direct relation to Sety)

Skills: Meteor Strike(doubled with Hero Sword, allows him to attack 20 times with gives little time for the opponent to counter)

allows him to critical)

critical when HP's low but since Banned only learned the skill from a close friend, he still needs to perfect it}
