Of course, the people who would most benefit from reading and understanding the book are the ones who refuse to or are incapable of doing so. Doesn't help that they're retards. Might as well ban the bible, since the bible deals with themes like "taking God's name in vain."
Why stop at books, anyway? Let's arrest judges for talking about people breaking laws. Don't bother trying them, though, you might be seen as a judge and arrested, too.
